Criminal Record Check

To help keep our kids safe, all volunteers working with children (0-18 years of age) at City Baptist Church are required to complete a criminal record check (including a vulnerable sector check). Checks are valid for 5 years.

Good news - There is a quick and easy online option! There’s no fee, and no need to visit the police station. Simply click the link below, enter the access code provided, and submit your form. We’ll receive your results by email within a few business days. All information is kept completely confidential and securely on file.

How to complete your check:

Online (recommended):

Use the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) online system. It only takes a few minutes and is free of charge. You’ll just need the access code provided and your role will be “Volunteer”

  1. Go to this link: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck

  2. Enter the access code: A5EUZWR9VE

In person:

You can also visit your local police station. Please bring two pieces of government ID. If needed, you can request a fee waiver letter by emailing lauren@citybaptist.ca.

Already have a check?
